Suzuki Anne. This is the 2nd time they've worked together.
They both starred together "Rokubanme no Sayoko" in
2000. Still no news if My Sassy Girl will be made

Densha Otoko runs for another 3 weeks. Japanese Movies
ussually only run for 1 month but due to it's big success
it will be extended. Great to see it do so well.
Maybe this will mean more opportunities on the big screen
for Yamada!!

Densha Otoko is doing very well at the box office. No1 last week and during it's initial 14 day period till now, has taken
in 0.9 billion yen. *Applause*. Hope to see Yamada do more movies from now on! By the way, he will be doing a cameo appearance
for the drama version of Densha Otoko!

Densha Otoko held its premiere on 26 May at Virgin TOHO Cinema Roppongi Hills where cast members Yamada Takayuki, Nakatani
Miki and Kuninaka Ryoko attended. This movie will also be shown in other Asian countries namely Hong Kong, Macau, SINGAPORE,
Malayasia, Indonesia.
Since filming has wrapped up Yamada took a chance
to get a new haircut! Hmm seems like it currently
a hot look in Japan now!

YAY, It's confirmed that he'll be in new movie 『電車男』
The lead actress is Nakatani Miki 中谷美紀.
Maybe sought of like a brotherly sisterly love?!
Based on a true story, it was made into a novel last year October and has sold more than 500,000 copies.
In cinemas early June 2005.
He plays a geeky character, never had any love experiences,
finding love online etc...

Some rumours Takayuki will have a new movie in June.
The title is "電車男人". Reports have come out but
cast has yet to be revealed. Fingers crossed

It's based on his comic character Hiro from H2.
H2 airing every Thursday nights on TBS channel. Didn't get off to a nice start. 1st ep ratings was only 13%. Quite a dissappointment!
Didn't even fair better than his Fireboys.

stole a big slice of the audience.... Nevertheless, H2 has still got heaps of growth power while the story heats up. Gambatte!

"crying out", part of this title coming from his award winning performance in "Sekai no
chuushin de, ai wo sakebu". I am a fan of Yamada Takayuki since watching his
drama "Fireboys earlier this year. There is not many websites of him available
in English or Chinese for that matter, mostly Japanese. This website is a
tribute to my favourate star - Yamada Takayuki!
